How to Sell on eChoice
Selling online on eChoice is quick and easy to reach buyers across the country. Whether you intended to sell a single product or sell a lot of products, eChoice will witness your success in online selling. Refer to the following steps to know the online selling process on eChoice.
Register Your Seller Account
Registration as seller requires just 5 minutes; provide GST Number & Bank Account. (GST is not required to sell books). After registration wait for the approval which may take 24 hours. eChoice may contact you for any additional query, kindly check your email inbox.
Setup Your Store Page
After verifying and approving, you will get access to the store manager account for setting up your store page by adding basic information, store policy, providing the required document and setting shipping information. Store manager dashboard contains all options to set up the online store.
Start Listing Your Products
You need to list products to sell online, that can be done in the following 3 ways-
- Products already available on eChoice can be added by just one click and edit as required before final submission.
- You can add new products by filling all the necessary information and good quality images.
- If you have a CSV file of your product list, you may email us for uploading and after bulk uploading, you may edit each product as required before final submission. If you are already selling on Amazon or Flipkart, you may export the CSV file and send it to us for uploading on eChoice.
After you submit the product eChoice team will review and publish on the eChoice marketplace.
Customers Buy Your Products
By listing your products on eChoice, you can reach countrywide potential customers. Once the customer finds your product competitive and ordered, you will be notified through email.
You may also promote your product through social media sharing for maximum reachability.
Deliver Products to the Customer
When you get an email for a new order, visit your store manager account for detail and invoice printing. Pack products properly and dispatch to the customer; mark product as shipped by providing tracking number through store manager dashboard.
If you choose to ship the product through eChoice, just pack and mark as ready to ship, we will pick products from you and deliver it straight to the customer through our shipping partners.
Receive Your Payment
Payment for your sales (after deducting eChoice seller fees) will be transferred into your bank account within 7 days of delivery. You can view all transaction detail in the store manager account.
